Just recently I visited a company called Salu International. After surfing the entire Website I figured I would write a quick review for people who are actively research the company or are already distributors. After writing numerous reviews about different companies I can say that when looking at something new that I can spot pros and cons.
Now let’s dig into Salu International and find out what it is all about.
The Company
For me, the first thing I look at is the “About Us” Section because I do want to know what the company is all about. With Salu International this section is not ideal for someone who seriously researches the company. All what is listed is their mission statement and this will as of now not build confidence.
The Flagship Product
Actually there are 2 products listed on the website. Both of them are blends and are specially designed to attack common health issues.
VITAL RES V- This is a blend that may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.
VITAL FLEX- an anti-inflammatory blend that aids in the fight against Cancer and painful joints
The opportunity
That section on the website is just a quick explanation of the pay structure, once again missing key points on why a person should join the opportunity. Since that is all I have to work with I took a closer look at the pay plan. Salu International calls their matrix a Non-Flushing Binary, which even for me leaves me puzzled. I know what a binary is, but the expression “Non-Flushing” I am not familiar with.
So how can you make money?
There are 6 ways to generate income. After paying a $49 Dollar enrollment fee the status of a member is set to active. In order to be active and qualified a member must receive the monthly autoship and have 2 personal active sign ups one in the left leg and one in the right leg.
- As an active member you can buy products at whole sale price and resell them for retail.
- Team Commission is paid to active and qualified members only.
- Quick start bonus. A member must sign up 5 active distributors in 30 days to qualify.
- Pro Bonus- as a Pro member, every time you generate another Pro Member a bonus will be paid.
- Executive Level Bonuses- reach from $2500 to $75,000 Dollars
- Salu Check Matching- Once in executive level, the company pays on all personal enrolled and their personal enrolled up to 5 levels deep.
Final Word
I personally believe Salu International has a good thing going. But the website needs more information not just what the company is about, but also what future distributors can expect in form of training, support and marketing. A company website should be designed to provide information about everything a future member needs to know and yes that goes way beyond a Pay Plan and Product page. Rome wasn’t built in a day and I am confident that over time changes will be made.
If you are already an active member and you want to really improve your success you perhaps have to do personal one on one presentation in order to get the point across. Which is okay but not the most ideal way to get your business started online.
Marketing online is more than a company Website; it is the knowledge of different marketing strategies and a way for the team to duplicate a system which positions them as a true Business owner and keeps them away from failure.
This review was written in April 2010 and it is not intended to bring out any negativity about Salu International but rather to point out certain pros and cons. Maybe the CEO or the board of the company will take action and changes certain things. The future depends on providing value.

Thank you for your initial review of Salu International. As you will see we have improved our website providing our distributors and prospects a wealth of information about the company and our products.
I use the word “we” and “our” because I have been a distributor since the beginning and feel like I am part of the “family”.
We have excellent products and a comp plan that can’t be beat.
BTW, a “non-flushing” binary is when you get paid on the weaker leg but don’t lose the volume on the stronger one. You never know when those two legs can switch positions.
