Cheeto Lee and Thomas Lierzer talking Market Samurai

by Thomas Lierzer on November 15, 2010

A few days ago my good friend Cheeto Lee send me his copy of a video which he recorded in Vegas at the MLSP Live the Dream Event. Cheeto is a special guy, the reason why I say this is because I have seen him grow.

I remember the first time he came on board with MLSP. He always knew he would go into Video marketing but like everyone knows even that strategy has to be learned.

Now a few months later at the Event in Vegas, Cheeto turned out to be the Video Dude, always doing interviews high tech stuff with camera and microphone. I guess what he took away from the event is that video marketing can be a powerful strategy and with that said, Cheeto is now attacking this one simple strategy by using all available tools possible.

Way to rock Mr. Cheeto

>>>Follow Cheeto on Facebook<<<

In this short interview below, Cheeto and I talk about one tool both of us use, it is a keyword research tool called Market Samurai and it is specializing in long tail keywords. Outstanding tool and a must have for any SEO marketing you might do.

Like we said in the video all you need is this tool to get the keywords and the will to put out content to start ranking 1st Page on Google. Thanks to MLSP , Cheeto will be on his way to great success.

When I got Market Samurai for the first time about 2 years ago I used it for Google Content PPC and it worked great for that strategy. Overtime when I started SEO strategies like Article Marketing and blogging it became clear that this tool is just to important not have.

The guys at Market Samurai doing a great job keeping the tool updated with the crazy changes Google makes on a weekly basis.

Check out Market Samurai if you haven’t by clicking the image below.

While in Vegas at the MLSP Live The Dream Event I had the chance to sit down with my good friends and fellow MLSP Network Marketers Dwayne Pyle and Robin Marks. During a brief lunch break Robin decided to interview Dwayne and myself to find out if MLSP (MyLeadSystemPro) works.

Let me tell you one thing before you watch the video. It is not MLSP what works, it is YOU who works. That goes for anything in business. It is not the tools you use, the systems you use, the products you buy it is all you -YOU MUST WORK

Because Robin Marks is the owner of this video go check out his Website TheMLMFastTrack.com

Great Network Marketers network, so request a friendship with Robin Marks on Facebook , tell him Thomas send you.

The great Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) has in every single Movie a motivational speech included. While watching Rocky VI, I knew there will be a moment, a scene with a powerful message……

As an adult I realized that some movies, some scenes can be very useful for inspiration, motivation and team building efforts.

On a daily basis I personally watch or listen to some kind of inspirational material, to motivate myself, to get energy to do what has to get done today, to run my life, my business the way I want to.

When it comes to business especially in our industry we as the individual are faced with daily hurdles, roadblocks, issues and rejections. All those things can be  a “KNOCK OUT” for a lot of people.

A hit which finally keeps them down on the ground, keeps em from getting back up to try again, a hit so powerful where they lay on the ground, tail between the legs and begging for mercy while the world around them just falls apart or crumbles like a cookie.

On a flight to Las Vegas I watched a documentary,

it was about Sylvester Stallone and the story of Rocky.

Perhaps you don’t know it, but Stallone wrote Rocky and Rambo. I am going to concentrate on Rocky, it is his creation. He already was in the film business but struggled big time. When a Studio picked up his Rocky story they didn’t want Sylvester in the movie because they didn’t think that he was a good Actor. :-)

But to get to the point, he was fighting for his role to play Rocky, at that time he was so poor/broke that he pawned his own dog, let me say that again

‘He was so poor and broke that he pawned his own dog”

to buy food, but now get this, in Rocky1 his own dog although pawned was part of the movie.

If you remember the movie, there were a few scenes outside of a little convenient store with a dog just outside the store entrance. Well it was a real Store and Sylvester pawned the dog to the Store owner, to get some food. Somewhat strange to have in the movie, but I guess it was not a high budget movie to begin with.

The point is that he knew, he had to give up the one thing he loved the most in order to survive.

He hit rock bottom as a human being but he never gave up. He always got up no matter how many times he was pushed down. He was fighting for what he believed in the most. In his heart he was certain that it only was a matter of time before success would find him.

So Ladies and Gentleman when you watch this clip below, remember Sylvester Stallone created the story.

He knows the concept of believing in yourself, fight for what you believe in is the most important thing in your live, to never give up and always keep pushing forward.

REMEMBER: No matter what you do, no matter the scenario, if you believe in what you are doing and you do whatever it takes and never give up, things will happen for the better.

Jordan Schultz Interviews Me In Las Vegas Raw and Uncut

by Thomas Lierzer on October 17, 2010

Jordan Schultz and myself spend the first weekend of October in Las Vegas at the MLSP Live The Dream Event. During the event we enjoyed numerous fun moments and mastermind sessions with names like Mike Dillard, Brian Fanale, Deagan Smith just to name a few..

We were able to cut a video , talking about attraction marketing and my July member of the month nomination. As you can tell in the video, it is Uncut and Raw because I wanted to show everyone that interviews are fun and when ever you get a chance to get someone in front of the camera do so….

Events help a lot

Going to live events is where you as a marketer can establish your brand by getting as many interviews on film as possible. This really will not alone give you plenty of content for your blog, but also will elevate you to a higher level of trust in the eyes of your followers out there on the internet.

Not mentioning all the great connections you create while networking with like minded people. A lot of business partnerships have been formed because of live events. You’ll never know who you meet at such seminars. Could be your next business partner to do a joint venture with, who knows…….

Now enjoy the video of Jordan Schultz and myself in the hallway of the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.. CHEERS

WordPress Plugins I recommend for your Blog

by Thomas Lierzer on October 11, 2010

In this post I want to talk about WordPress Plug-ins I personally use and recommend.

For me,  my blog is my home and syndication is a part of it. Also I am a big believer in giving back when people leave a comment. That is why I start with my 2 most favorite plug-ins.

1. DiggDigg – This plugin integrates social voted count buttons into WordPress. You will have excess to the most common buttons for blogging like Facebook Share, Tweetme, Buzz, Digg or StumpleUpon. Plus when using DiggDigg for all the sharing buttons it can be structured so it looks very organized.

2. CommentLuv This plugin allows me to reward my readers by automatically placing a link to their last blog post at the end of   their comment. CommentLuv will visit the site of the comment author while they type their comment and retrieve a selection of their last blog posts, tweets or digg submissions which they can choose one from to include at the bottom of their comment when they click submit. PRETTY COOL IF YOU ASK Me

Like I said those are my favs when it comes to plugins and it gives my visitors and easy way to share my content on the social networking sites and when commenting I pay back with displaying their content right on my site. Just Awesome.

3. Google Analyticator - This is a great way to get to know your visitors. Learn where they come from, how much time they spend on your blog , this allows you to really understand on what you have to focus on.

4. Google XML Sitemap- This plugin will generate a special XML sitemap which will help search engines to better index your blog.

5. Linkwithin - Displays recommended stories and associated thumbnails from your awesome blog

6. TanTanNoodles Simple Spam Filter – A plugin that does a simple sanity check to stop really obvious comment spam before it is processed.

7.  SexyBookmarks –  Sharing is sexy :-)

8.  HeadSpace2 -  Meta-data manager on steroids, allowing complete control over all SEO needs such as keywords/tags, titles, description, stylesheets, and many many other goodies.

9. My Live Signature – Automatically place your signatures inside posts, pages and content

10. Subscribe Remind - Give your readers a little reminder to subscribe to your blog’s feed at the end of each of your awesome post.

11. Only Wire for WordPress – Another great plugin to have your content be shared and bookmarked

12 cbnet Ping Optimizer – Saves your wordpress blog from getting tagged as ping spammer. (Note: this plugin is a fork of the MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer plugin, with registration/activiation functionality removed.)

13. TinyMCE Advanced – My friend Jordan Schultz told me about this neat plugin. It enables advanced features and plugins in TinyMCE, the visual editor in WordPress

14. Wp Greet Box – Show a different message to your visitor depending on which site they are coming from. For example, you can ask Digg visitors to Digg your post, Google visitors to subscribe to your RSS feed, and more! Best of all, this plugin is compatible with various WordPress cache plugins.

I know there are more really good plugins and I will add them over time. Please leave me a comment and tell me what you use and  I will add it to this post with a link back to your blog.
